Service Operations Specialist
to grow the Services Team. To support our team in İzmir, we are looking for interested candidates as per below.
Job Description
As Service Operations Specialist
-
Process and handle service forms/documents (e.g., service reports, job completion records) in coordination with Authorized Service Partners

Validate completed service jobs and coordinate payment processing for Authorized Service Providers in alignment with Service Operations Manager and Finance

Assist in preparing quotations, purchase orders, and general commercial coordination within Service Department

Ensure compliance with internal procedures, customer requirements, and HSE standards
-
Prepare and issue customer invoices, and Issue credit notes, where needed, coordinating with After Sales, Accounting, and customers to address inquiries and resolve billing issues

Investigate and resolve discrepancies (e.g., pricing, quantity, returns) in collaboration with Services and Finance teams and response to inquiries professionally

Monitor and collect overdue accounts receivable through customer communication (phone and email)

Process claim, warranty and other reflection invoices

Provide up-to-date cash collection status and customer payment insights

Support the month-end close process by account reconciliation and various reports & analyses.

Support spare parts team as backup, where/when needed.
Qualifications

Bachelor ‘s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant role in Service (experience within or supporting Service operations is an advantage)

Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

High attention to detail and strong analytical focus

Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

Experience with ERP systems (IFS is preferred) and Proficiency in MS Office applications

Strong verbal and written communication skills; Turkish language is must, and English is an advantage
