Service Plumber

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Service Plumber to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert plumbing services on residential, commercial. Your expertise will help ensure the proper installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, contributing to safe and efficient building operations. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in various settings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing tasks.
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete installations and repairs efficiently.
• Perform construction plumbing work on new builds or remodeling projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to proper ergonomic practices.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues by diagnosing problems using mechanical knowledge and schematic diagrams.
• Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, and other trades to coordinate project timelines and ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction plumbing or related fields such as remodeling or handyman work.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, pipe threading, welding, schematics, and construction site safety protocols.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics accurately.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and assembly techniques.
• Mechanical aptitude with basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Experience with construction site environments including familiarity with safety regulations.
• Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience preferred for transporting materials or equipment.
• Additional skills such as carpentry, remodeling experience, or HVAC knowledge are a plus!
