We are hiring Service Sales & Business Development Executives to aggressively grow service revenue across KSA.
This is not a desk job. This is a field-driven, target-oriented role for professionals who understand service operations AND know how to close business.

Job Requirement:

✔ Generate service sales revenue through active field visits
✔ Bring fleet, insurance & corporate service business
✔ Convert relationships into job cards & invoices
✔ Coordinate with workshop teams to ensure fast turnaround
✔ Own your monthly revenue & conversion targets

Criteria:

✔ 4–5 years’ experience as Service Advisor / Service Sales in KSA
✔ Strong local market connects (insurance, fleets, corporates)
✔ Ready to move from advising → selling
✔ Comfortable with targets, pressure & performance pay

MANDATORY

✔ Valid KSA Driving License
✔ Diploma / Degree in Automotive / Mechanical / Any discipline
✔ Field-ready mindset
