Job Purpose:

The Service Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing and supporting the sales process related to repair services. This includes preparing quotations, coordinating with technical teams, handling customer communications, and ensuring smooth order processing and documentation. This role bridges the gap between sales and service, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and follow up on quotations for repair services and tool inquiries.

2. Prepare and follow up on quotations for Training and Rental of tools.

3. Generate service repair quotations based on inspection reports from the workshop.

4. Acknowledge customer LPOs and regularly update customers on order status.

5. Maintain and update trackers for inventory, rental, and demo tools.

6. Follow internal protocols to identify and request required spare parts.

7. Communicate with HQ in Germany for pricing and technical support.

8. Update and manage customer databases using SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.

9. Maintain basic customer communication and support.

Qualifications & Skills:

· 2-3 years’ experience in Service Sales (prefer engineering background)

· Strong communication skills with professionalism in email correspondence.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

· Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Dynamics is preferred.

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Knowledge of Dewa portal, SAP Arabia, would be an advantage.

· Knowledge of logistics procedures is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
