An Elevators Service Sales Engineer is responsible for promoting, selling, and supporting service contracts-including maintenance, repair, and modernization -for elevators and escalators. The role combines technical expertise with sales acumen, requiring close collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful Service / project delivery.
Responsibilities:
1) Promote and sell service contracts for elevators and escalators, including annual maintenance, Repairs, and modernization.
2) Ensure to follow up on AMC renewals, convert free service contracts, recover lost units, and acquire new third-party equipment.
3) Identify and develop new business opportunities within the elevators service market.
4) Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
5) Prepare and deliver service sales presentations and proposals to customers, explaining service offerings and technical details.
6) Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
7) Prepare, negotiate, and submit service sales contracts and ensure alignment with company policies and guidelines.
8) Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
9) Maintain accurate records of customer communications, sales activities, and service contracts in the CRM system.
10) Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the profitability of the service business.
11) Ensure compliance with company values, processes, and safety standards.
