Service Sales Representative

• Engage in various sales activities to promote and sell safety and productivity-enhancing products and services to existing customers and develop new accounts
• Meet or exceed established sales quotas for repairs, retrofits, components, and consultation services
• Prepare accurate price estimates for service work using established tools and guidelines
• Maintain regular contact with assigned accounts to develop and strengthen relationships
• Monitor the workload of the service department and ensure all open time slots are filled with sold work
• Prepare and maintain detailed logs of all sales activities, business opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM software
• Conduct annual business reviews with key accounts and develop strategic account plans
• Assist in the contract renewal process to ensure customer needs are met and opportunities are not lost
• Collaborate with the service department to address customer-related issues promptly
• Monitor customer credit status and assist in collection efforts when necessary
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge
• Adhere to all established safety rules and procedures, including those set by customers

• Minimum of two years' experience in service-related sales, preferably in a technical or industrial environment
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred; equivalent experience and training will be considered

Language Skills

Fluency in English and Turkish (written and spoken)
