In this role, you will contribute to leading workshop and field service execution within the Suez Service Station (Egypt). You will support ensuring world‑class technical quality, HSE compliance, and operational discipline across multiple turbocharger product lines. You will support the development of the Service team, grant the service quality and elevate maintenance standards, driving continuous improvement in line with global Accelleron practices. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will play a key role in strengthening our local technical capabilities for our regional market.
Your responsibilities:
Technical Execution & Support:
Provide hands-on support in workshop and field activities according to work instructions and in accordance with standard processes, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of turbocharger overhaul.
Ensure correct use of tools and measuring equipment. Supervise simultaneous overhaul activities and guarantee consistency with Accelleron standard processes.
Contribute to customer satisfaction by executing Service work according to customer order and expectation. Creates and maintains a good relationship with customers. Identify new Service business opportunities for the company.
Workshop & Operational Leadership:
Lead day-to-day workshop operations ensuring the facility is following the operational needs in terms of infrastructure, consumables, tooling, etc, meeting the local regulations and Accelleron.
Quality & Continuous Improvement:
Drive implementation of 5S, promote structured problem solving (Ishikawa, Pareto, 5 Why’s, 8D), and ensure proper documentation and traceability. Contribute to preventive and corrective actions and help maintain alignment with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
Proactively identifies suggestions for product, quality and customer service improvement. Provides recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service and discusses them for changes.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):
Applies safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities. Reports unsafe practices and incidents.
Promote and enforce strict compliance with HSE standards. Conduct toolbox meetings, risk assessments and ensure adherence to PPE, housekeeping, and lockout–tagout procedures.
Team Development & Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and develop the service team, ensuring sufficient technical/mechanical/processual skill levels, operational readiness, and continuous improvement
Your background:
4+ years of experience in mechanical, marine, industrial maintenance, or rotating equipment environments
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Experience with rotating or similar heavy‑duty machinery is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed
Previous customer service experience preferred
Driving license is required .
