Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, chats, and emails professionally
- Provide accurate information regarding company services
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently
- Maintain customer records and follow up when required
- Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution
- Ensure customer satisfaction and positive client experience
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling abilities
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fresh candidates and experienced both are encouraged to apply
- Prior CSR/BPO experience will be considered a plus
