Service Support Representative

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Service Support Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a professional attitude while assisting customers and maintaining high service standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through calls, chats, and emails professionally
  • Provide accurate information regarding company services
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently
  • Maintain customer records and follow up when required
  • Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and positive client experience
  • Meet daily and monthly performance targets

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer handling abilities
  • Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fresh candidates and experienced both are encouraged to apply
  • Prior CSR/BPO experience will be considered a plus
