Service Technician

Job Summary:

To provide on-site installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of Aquaneeta’s water purifier systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation & Commissioning:

• Install Aquaneeta water purifiers and RO systems at customer premises.
• Ensure proper system setup, functioning, and customer orientation post-installation.

2. Maintenance & Servicing:

• Perform scheduled and breakdown maintenance of water purifiers.
• Replace filters, membranes, and other components as required.
• Check water quality and system efficiency regularly.

3. Customer Interaction:

• Educate customers on product usage, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach with customers at all times

4. Issue Resolution:

• Identify and resolve technical issues or escalate unresolved problems to higher-level support.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, complaints, parts used, and solutions provided.

5. Reporting & Documentation:

• Submit daily reports on work completed and parts used.
• Update service records and feedback forms for each visit.

6. Inventory & Tools Management:

• Maintain service tools and kits in good condition.
• Ensure spare parts stock is maintained and accounted for.

7. Compliance:

• Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and service protocols strictly.
• Adhere to schedules, punctuality, and customer commitment timelines.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
