Servicenow Expert

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to support business processes. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow modules, best practices, and integration capabilities to deliver scalable, efficient, and compliant systems.

Location: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Multan, Faislabad.

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and CMDB.
• Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Manage system configurations, upgrades, and maintenance while ensuring platform stability and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and provide technical documentation.
• Implement automation and process optimization within the ServiceNow environment.
• Conduct regular platform health checks, performance tuning, and security reviews.
• Support and mentor junior team members, ensuring adherence to development standards and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration and development.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), and integration tools.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM.
• Proficiency in creating custom applications and automating workflows in ServiceNow.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, performance optimization, and instance management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and client interaction skills with a strong ability to resolve complex problems effectively.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS – ITSM or ITOM) preferred.
