Sales Consultant Female (10 hours-Khi)

Job Overview:
Liberty Books is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Female Sales Consultant to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, assisting them in finding books and related products, generating sales, and ensuring an excellent in-store experience. The role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in books and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers in locating books and recommending titles based on their interests.
• Promote and sell books, stationery, and other store products.
• Ensure excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships.
• Maintain proper display and organization of books and merchandise on shelves.
• Handle billing and sales transactions accurately through the POS system.
• Support store promotions, campaigns, and sales initiatives.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Assist in stock replenishment and inventory management when required.
• Address customer queries and provide helpful information about products and services.

Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred.
• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior retail or sales experience will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly personality with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Interest in books, reading, and retail environment is a plus.

Working Hours:
10-hour shift (including break) as per store schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
