Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale ServiceNow implementation and delivery programs
  
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk
  
• Drive stakeholder governance and communication across business and IT teams
  
• Conduct and manage steering committee meetings and reporting
  
• Ensure successful end-to-end ServiceNow project delivery

Preferred Skills / Certifications:

• Strong experience in ServiceNow program delivery
  
• Project management certifications such as PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile (preferred)
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
  
• Experience handling enterprise-level ServiceNow programs
