Our client, a ServiceNow Elite Partner, is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.


What you earn: up to 40,000 AED per month.


What you develop

  • The ability to work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in the customers' success
  • You learn to create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and meet their needs
  • You will make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
  • Be responsible for managing all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
  • You will learn to identify opportunities within the clients' businesses for sales.
  • You will work alongside the Architects, Project Managers to ensure the client's needs are met and the solution is delivered.


What you bring

  • 3+ years of account management experience or similar experience.
  • Previous ServiceNow Experience is essential.
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role
  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • Understanding of working in a consulting environment.
  • Needs to be able to speak fluent Arabic and English.


Relocation Package is provided - 3 months rent, visa, healthcare, and flights.
