Bringing Technology to life

As a Services Specialist - Business Operations, you will be in charge of coordinating app development projects, managing data pipelines, and driving operational excellence through analytics, user engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

As a Services Specialist - Business Operations, you will be responsible for:

  • App Development Coordination:
  • Support the full lifecycle of app development from planning to post-release.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable plans and communicate effectively with developers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality and usability.
  • Manage enhancement and maintenance cycles, ensuring timely updates and performance monitoring.
  • Support organizational adoption of new tools and digital solutions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Serve as a key liaison between business users, developers, and management to align digital initiatives with business goals. Facilitate feedback loops for continuous improvement and user satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows and optimize operational efficiency. Perform data audits to ensure compliance with internal standards and data governance principles. Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and tutorial materials to support onboarding and training.
  • Collaborate with business teams to define key performance metrics and deliver actionable insights.
  • Data Management & Visualization:
  • Maintain and monitor Power BI dashboards and required data sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely refreshes.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or related field (International Business preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, digital tools coordination, or business data management.
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, ThoughtSpot.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with Cordant OTR Processes, including development, maintenance, and integration of related data sources.
  • Familiarity with app development lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of data governance and digital transformation practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional global teams.
