Sever/Cashier

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing food orders and transactions. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide them with menus, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system.
• Prepare food items as needed, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring accurate cash handling and sales reporting.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.
• Perform regular cleaning tasks to sanitize work areas and equipment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is beneficial.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Must demonstrate strong communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.57 per hour
