We are currently looking to hire a Shared Services Director

Location: Alkhobar, Saudi Arabia (onsite)

About the Role:

Shared Services Director will support the transformation of the organization to ensure that the short, medium and long term goals of the Strategic Plan are met. This involves a collaborative approach and leadership to organizational, cultural and structural change, asset management, service innovation, sustainability, operational efficiencies, Information Technology, and business intelligence. This person will inspire a high-performance culture

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
• 10+ years of relevant experience in real estate
• Solid Organization development background and experience
• Proven executive leadership experience in the real estate industry or a related field.
