Key Responsibilities


You think it is time for something different? Then you are at the right place ! You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success. Expect exciting projects and versatile tasks, such as;


  • Maintain the Shareholders’ Register (software and physical records), manage share certificates, dividend distributions, and respond to shareholder information requests
  • Support Corporate Office processes including Board of Directors and General Assembly meetings, amendments to the Articles of Association and signature circulars; maintain statutory books and prepare reports
  • Execute Trade Registry, notary and apostille procedures
  • Manage the company’s Information Society Services and Investor Relations websites
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Legal Department, including regulatory follow-up, archiving, budget tracking, and procurement processes



Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or graduation from a Vocational School of Justice; solid knowledge of Corporate Law
  • At least 5 years of experience in shareholder relations or corporate office functions
  • Upper-intermediate level English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office; experience with shareholder management software is an asset
  • Strong communication, time management, and prioritization skills with a detail-oriented and organized approach
