Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Shift In-Charge to oversee and manage facility maintenance operations during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate must hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering and have at least 10 years of relevant maintenance experience in a compatible facility. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to ensure smooth operations, safety, and compliance at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities during the assigned shift.
• Lead and guide maintenance technicians and support staff to ensure effective operations.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Maintain shift reports, logbooks, and operational records for management review.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth facility operations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant maintenance experience in a facility environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in maintenance management systems and MS Office applications.
• Experience in GCC region, particularly in facilities management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage critical situations effectively.
