Ensure a high level of customer service and customer satisfaction at all times.

Handle customer complaints and queries professionally and resolve issues promptly.

Ensure staff follow customer service standards and maintain a welcoming store environment.

Drive daily sales targets and support the team in achieving store KPIs.

Motivate and guide sales staff to upsell and cross-sell products.

Monitor sales performance during the shift and implement quick actions to boost sales when needed.

Assign tasks and ensure staff productivity and discipline.

Provide on-the-job coaching to improve product knowledge and sales skills.

Ensure staff follow company policies, grooming standards, and operational procedures.

Monitor stock availability on the sales floor and ensure timely replenishment.
-
Assist in stock receiving, tagging, and stock transfers.
-
Ensure accurate stock handling and loss prevention practices.
-
Ensure the store maintains brand visual merchandising standards.
-
Arrange displays for Western and Eastern apparel collections according to seasonal trends and promotions.

Supervise POS transactions including sales, returns, and exchanges.
-
Ensure accurate cash handling and billing procedures.
-
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Assist the Store Manager in opening and closing procedures when required.

Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures
Requirements
-
Min. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
-
2–4 years of experience in fashion retail or apparel sales, with supervisory experience preferred.
