Job Summary:


The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for creating Air Waybills (AWBs) for stock replenishment shipments, coordinating with shipping and courier companies, and ensuring timely delivery to branches. The role also involves tracking shipment status, resolving delivery issues, and ensuring all deliveries are properly updated and reflected in the system.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Create and manage AWBs for stock replenishment with courier and shipping companies.

  • Coordinate daily shipment dispatches to ensure delivery to branches on time.

  • Follow up with courier companies on shipment status and resolve any delivery delays or issues.

  • Verify successful delivery to branches and ensure the system is updated accurately.

  • Maintain shipment records and documentation for reference and reporting.

  • Communicate with branch teams to confirm receipt of shipments and handle discrepancies.

  • Support the logistics team in optimizing shipping schedules and cost efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, or shipping coordination.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Have experience in using shipment tracking systems and ERP or WMS platforms.

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.

  • Good knowledge of courier operations and shipment documentation (AWBs, invoices, proof of deliveries.).
