Shipping/Receiving Clerk
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming goods against purchase orders.
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to specifications.
- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records in ERP systems.
- Coordinate with carriers and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
- Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and handling of materials.
- Follow safety and regulatory guidelines for handling materials.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of shipping and receiving experience (regulated industry preferred).
- Familiarity with shipping software and ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift packages and operate warehouse equipment.
