Shipping/Receiving Clerk

Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming goods against purchase orders.
  • Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to specifications.
  • Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records in ERP systems.
  • Coordinate with carriers and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and handling of materials.
  • Follow safety and regulatory guidelines for handling materials.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of shipping and receiving experience (regulated industry preferred).
  • Familiarity with shipping software and ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift packages and operate warehouse equipment.
