Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thrissur for a Retail Sales Executive at JAFFAH DATES & NUTS. The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, assisting customers, maintaining inventory, ensuring product displays are appealing, processing sales transactions, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage inventory and handle store operations
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous experience in food products or a related sector is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or related field is beneficial

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
