Urgent Hiring – Shop Floor Technician (Oil & Gas Industry) – Oman

Location: Oman
Experience: 3 to 5 years in Cummins Engine or similar experience
Industry: Oil & Gas

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Cummins engines and related equipment on the shop floor.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and quality control.
• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to optimize production processes.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment status.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience with Cummins engines in an industrial or oil & gas environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Oman work permit or eligibility preferred.
