Shop Hand

The Shop Hand will work directly with our mechanics and technicians to assist in daily shop operations. This role is essential to keeping our workspace clean, organized, and efficient. Ideal candidates are dependable, take pride in their work, and have a strong interest in the diesel or automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist mechanics and technicians with hands-on shop tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shop
• Handle shop supplies, tools, and parts organization
• Help move, load, and unload parts or equipment as needed
• Dispose of waste and keep work areas safe and clear
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks
• Basic mechanical knowledge or interest in learning
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
