Shop salesman

We are looking for a motivated and professional Salesperson with excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers. The ideal candidate should have strong selling skills, the ability to persuade customers, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. Experience in lighting and electrical products is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and assisting them in a professional manner.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
• Demonstrating product features and benefits.
• Achieving sales targets and promoting special offers.
• Preparing quotations and processing sales transactions.
• Following up with customers when required.
• Maintaining product displays and ensuring the showroom is clean and organized.
• Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.
• Managing inventory inquiries and coordinating with the store team regarding stock availability.
• Handling customer complaints or concerns and providing appropriate solutions.
• Building good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Preparing sales reports and updating customer information when required.

Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C sales (retail or direct sales).

· Age between 22 to 35 years.

· Strong communication and customer service skills.

· Ability to approach customers, present products, and close sales effectively.

· Target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.

· Good command of English (Arabic is mandatory).

· Presentable appearance and professional attitude.

· Valid driving license is required.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.
