Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth training sessions for clients on Shopify, covering a range of topics from store setup to advanced customization.
• Share your expertise in e-commerce best practices, including marketing, SEO, and user experience.
• Create and update training materials, including manuals, videos, and other educational resources.
• Collaborate with our clients to identify their specific needs and provide tailored training solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in the Shopify ecosystem to ensure training materials are current.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in running and managing a successful Shopify store.
• Graduation or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the Shopify platform, including store setup, theme customization, and app integrations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A passion for teaching and helping others succeed in e-commerce.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different client needs.
