Shopify & Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Shopify & Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage both eCommerce growth and social media marketing for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who can independently handle Shopify store marketing, content creation, paid advertising, and social media growth strategies.

We don’t focus on vanity metrics — we focus on conversions, ROAS, engagement, and real business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Shopify Marketing & eCommerce Growth

• Manage and optimize Shopify stores for improved conversions and customer experience.
• Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal sales.
• Optimize product pages, landing pages, and sales funnels.
• Coordinate with designers and developers for store updates and marketing assets.

Social Media Management

• Develop and manage content strategies for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
• Create and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Monitor trends and turn trending topics into engaging content opportunities quickly.

Content Creation

• Write engaging hooks, captions, and ad copy.
• Edit short-form videos including Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and promotional content.
• Create performance-focused content designed to increase engagement and sales.

Paid Advertising

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (PMax/Search), TikTok Ads, and Shopify campaigns.
• Track and improve CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.

Analytics & Reporting

• Prepare weekly reports on campaign performance, sales, and ROI.
• Analyze customer behavior and marketing performance data.
• Quickly pivot strategies based on campaign insights and performance trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Shopify marketing and social media management.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Shopify marketing tools.
• Experience with content creation, short-form video editing, and social media growth strategies.
• Knowledge of Shopify apps, conversion optimization, and email/SMS marketing is a plus.
• Up-to-date understanding of current social media algorithms and digital marketing trends.
• Self-managed, proactive, and capable of handling brands independently.
