Job Title: Shopify Store Manager
Location: North Nazimabad, Block A – Karachi
Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shopify Store Manager to handle the end-to-end management of our Shopify store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product listings, ensuring smooth operations, optimizing for sales, and providing an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update the Shopify store including product uploads, categories, and pricing.
• Ensure product descriptions, images, and SEO tags are accurate and engaging.
• Monitor orders, shipping, and returns while ensuring timely fulfillment.
• Implement promotions, discounts, and seasonal sales campaigns.
• Track store analytics, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements.
• Manage third-party integrations (payment gateways, shipping apps, plugins).
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams for campaigns and store improvements.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Stay up to date with Shopify trends and competitor analysis.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Shopify stores.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and paid ads.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS or design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Figma) is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years of Shopify or e-commerce management experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: PKR 45,000 – 60,000 (based on experience).
