We are a growing digital marketing agency looking for a talented Short-Form Video Editor / Content Clipper to help create high-quality Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube Shorts from podcasts, interviews, and original footage.

A major focus of this role will be helping grow a social media brand by turning long-form content and recordings into engaging, fast-paced short videos designed to perform well with U.S. audiences.

The ideal candidate understands modern social media editing styles and can create videos that feel native to platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

This role requires creativity, speed, and an understanding of what makes content engaging and shareable.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Short-Form Video Editing

• Edit Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube Shorts
• Turn long-form content (interviews, podcasts, recordings) into engaging short clips
• Create visually engaging edits with captions, pacing, and hooks

Content Clipping

• Review longer videos and identify the best viral moments
• Cut clips that are engaging, emotional, funny, educational, or surprising
• Build clips designed to capture attention in the first few seconds

Social Media Style Editing

• Add captions, text overlays, emojis, and sound effects
• Follow modern TikTok / Reels editing styles
• Edit videos for strong hooks and audience retention

Viral Content Awareness

• Stay up to date with social media trends
• Understand what type of content performs well in the U.S.
• Help suggest ideas for clips or edits that could perform well

AI Editing Tools

The ideal candidate is comfortable experimenting with modern AI tools to speed up editing and improve content quality.

Examples may include:

• AI caption tools
• Auto clipping tools
• AI video tools
• AI audio enhancement

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong video editing skills
• Experience editing short-form content
• Understanding of TikTok / Reels style editing
• Ability to identify viral or engaging moments in long videos
• Strong attention to pacing and hooks
• Good understanding of social media trends

TOOLS (Preferred)

• CapCut
• Adobe Premiere
• Final Cut Pro
• After Effects (bonus)
• Descript or clipping tools (bonus)

BONUS SKILLS

• Motion graphics experience
• Experience clipping podcasts or interviews
• Experience editing viral content
• AI video tool familiarity

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
