We are seeking a skilled contractor to support the planning, execution, and change management efforts related to our open enrollment period and backend implementation of new benefits vendors. This role will work closely with human resources, technology, and communications teams and external vendors to ensure a smooth transition and positive employee experience.

This is a fully remote, short-term contract role; must be able to work core hours on Pacific/Hawaiian time zones; reports into our Wellbeing + Experience Team.
Responsibilities:
Change Management
Help design and execute change management strategies
Monitor employee feedback and assist with issue resolution
Contribute to post-enrollment evaluation and reporting

Qualifications

This role will be best suited for someone who has experience with talent life cycles, learning tech systems design, and people experience design.
Experience in benefits administration and change management
Familiarity with open enrollment processes and benefits systems, including Workday
Understanding of human resources laws and compliance best practices
