The Showing Assistant role at Agents With A Smile is designed specifically for newer agents who want consistent buyer interaction, genuine market exposure, and access to proven systems—all while developing the key habits essential for a successful, long-lasting real estate career. This position emphasizes learning, service, and skill development over immediate financial rewards.

In this role, you will accompany buyers on property tours, gather valuable feedback, and contribute to delivering an exceptional client experience. You’ll improve your face-to-face communication skills, build confidence navigating homes and neighborhoods, and gain deeper insight into buyer preferences.

While some compensation may be provided for showings, this position is not intended as a primary income source. Showing Assistants are encouraged to actively participate in lead generation, training, and coaching, viewing showings as a critical learning experience and a way to cultivate future business through outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
