SHOWROOM MANAGER - AUTOMOTIVE

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Showroom Manager to lead the daily operations of a high-performing automotive dealership showroom. The ideal candidate will be commercially driven, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional automotive retail experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee full showroom operations and sales performance

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets

Drive customer satisfaction and ensure premium service standards

Monitor KPIs, conversion ratios, footfall performance, and revenue growth

Manage inventory display, vehicle presentation, and showroom standards

Coordinate with marketing team to drive walk-ins and lead generation

Handle high-value client negotiations and key account relationships

Prepare sales reports and performance forecasts for senior management

Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

  • Strong understanding of automotive financing, insurance, and trade-in processes

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

Data-driven and commercially astute
