Key Responsibilities

· Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom, ensuring a positive and friendly atmosphere.

· Understand customer needs and requirements and provide expert guidance on our marine leisure engine products and services.

· Showcase the features, benefits, and technical specifications of our products, highlighting their superiority and competitive advantages.

· Conduct product demonstrations and offer test drives to potential customers to showcase the performance and functionality of our marine leisure engines

· Provide accurate and up-to-date information on pricing and promotions options to customers.

· Proactively follow up with leads and inquiries generated from showroom visits, phone calls, and online inquiries.

· Build and maintain relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or questions they may have, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

· Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries.

· Maintain a neat and organized showroom display, ensuring that products are clean, properly labeled, and presented attractively.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

· High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

· Proven experience in showroom sales, preferably in the marine leisure industry or a related field.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport quickly.
