Role Summary:
The role involves handling customer queries and complaints, managing customer enquiries, maintaining store display standards, and following the sales process with excellent communication and service quality.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell luxury timepieces to customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Create and expand a network of loyal customers.
  • Attend and support company events and promotional activities.
  • Contribute actively to achieving the boutique’s sales targets.
  • Maintain housekeeping, operational, and customer service standards within the store.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in sales, preferably in a related field, is an advantage. Freshers may also apply if they meet other criteria.
  • Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Agility and flexibility in handling complex challenges.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, open-minded, and result-driven.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-groomed, well-mannered, and professional appearance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
