Job Title: Showroom Sales Executive – HVAC & Refrigeration Spare Parts

Location: Al Rigga, Deira-Dubai

Department: Sales / Showroom Operations

Reports To: Managing Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and knowledgeable Showroom Sales Executive to join our HVAC & Refrigeration spare parts division. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding of HVAC/R components, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to drive sales by providing accurate product recommendations and solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers, contractors, and technicians in the showroom.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable HVAC & refrigeration spare parts and accessories.
  • Generate quotations, process sales orders, and ensure timely invoicing and delivery coordination.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, pricing, and availability.
  • Keep the showroom clean, organized, and well-stocked with products and promotional materials.
  • Build and maintain relationships with regular clients and support repeat business.
  • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock replenishment.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the showroom.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or technical spare parts.
  • Strong product knowledge of compressors, motors, controls, refrigerants, and related components.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing technical support and after-sales service.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP/sales software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
