Shuttering Carpenter

Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced Shuttering Carpenters to join a leading construction company in Romania. The successful candidates will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and dismantling formwork and molds used to shape concrete structures such as foundations, columns, beams, walls, and slabs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints for formwork layouts.
• Measure, cut, and assemble wooden, steel, or plywood molds according to specifications.
• Install and secure formwork panels, supports, and reinforcements for concrete pouring.
• Ensure the accuracy and alignment of shuttering work before concreting.
• Dismantle formwork safely after concrete has set and prepare materials for reuse.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
• Follow all safety and site regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Shuttering Carpenter (Gulf or international experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of formwork systems and carpentry tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Physically fit and able to work long hours in a construction environment.
• Basic communication skills in English.
