1.1 Experience: Min 5 yrs
1.2 Salary: hike on previous salary - max upto 25 k
1.3 Qualification: Graduation with Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
1.4 Key Responsibilities:
· Act as the primary on-site contact for residents, customers, and visitors.
· Manage customer queries, complaints, and service requests and ensure timely resolution.
· Maintain proper records of handovers, keys, and documentation related to flats and registries.
· Coordinate with the facility, maintenance, and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
· Supervise ongoing minor construction or finishing work at the site.
· Monitor cleanliness, security, and upkeep of the property.
· Assist customers during the handover/possession process and guide them through documentation.
· Maintain communication between the project site and the head office regarding issues, updates, and reports.
· Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions, maintenance work, and pending issues.
1.5 Required Qualifications & Skills:
