SITE ADMINSTRATOR

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Site Administrator to support our on-site operations for a major Oil & Gas EPC project . This role is critical in ensuring smooth administrative processes, compliance with project documentation standards, and effective coordination between site teams and head office.

Your Role

As a Site Administrator , you will:

• Manage and maintain site documentation, including contracts, permits, timesheets, and reports.
• Coordinate logistics for site personnel including travel, accommodation, and onboarding.
• Support procurement and inventory tracking of site materials and equipment.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely flow of information.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and project procedures.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal and client review.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Proven experience as a Site Administrator in EPC or Oil and Gas projects.
• Skills: Must have strong knowledge of construction documentation and project workflows. Proficiency in MS office and document control system
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor in any related course
• Must be willing to be assigned in offshore locations
