About Us

XYZ Designers is a leading multidisciplinary consultancy delivering innovative design and supervision services across the UAE. We are seeking a qualified Site Architect to join our supervision team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise architectural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Review and comment on architectural shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and method statements.
• Monitor finishes, joinery, façade, and interior works for quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other disciplines to resolve site issues.
• Ensure compliance with authority requirements and project specifications.
• Prepare inspection reports, snag lists, and maintain accurate site records.
• Support the project team in ensuring timely delivery of works to required standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 5–8 years of site supervision experience as an architect with consultancy firms.
• Successfully completed at least two full construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of local authority regulations in Dubai & RAK.
• Strong technical review skills (shop drawings, materials, finishes).
• Good communication and report-writing skills.
• UAE-based; immediate/short notice joining preferred.
