Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Site Architect with strong expertise in high-rise building projects and consultant supervision background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing architectural works on site, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise architectural site activities and ensure quality standards
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and local authority regulations
• Resolve architectural and technical issues on site

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience
• High-rise project experience is mandatory
• Consultant background is preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction details and site coordination
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
