Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute and manage all architectural and fit-out activities on-site, ensuring high-quality delivery in line with project specifications, timelines, and budget.
  • Oversee finishing works, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with design intent and consultant requirements.
  • Review and validate architectural designs and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
  • Plan, organize, and manage daily site activities to ensure alignment with project schedules.
  • Supervise execution of all architectural works on-site, including finishing and fit-out activities, ensuring quality and adherence to approved drawings.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality execution of works.
  • Deliver completed works to consultants and end users, ensuring all inspections, snag lists, and approvals are properly closed.
  • Review and verify subcontractor invoices, progress, and material submittals before approval.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports and updates to the Project Manager.
  • Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and civil teams to ensure smooth integration of all disciplines on-site.
  • Monitor finishing activities such as plastering, painting, flooring, ceilings, partitions, and façade works to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Identify and resolve site issues, design conflicts, and finishing challenges proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and quality requirements throughout all site activities.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering; project/construction management certifications preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in site architecture, especially finishing and fit-out projects.
  • Experience with reputable architectural/construction firms on large-scale or high-end projects.
  • Strong knowledge of finishing works: fit-out, interiors, façades, and materials.
  • Good understanding of shop drawings, technical submittals, and construction documentation.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; Revit/BIM is a plus.
  • Ability to manage site activities, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and teams.
  • Leadership skills to supervise teams and drive on-site performance.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making for site and finishing issues.
  • Able to work on-site in fast-paced environments.
  • High attention to detail with focus on quality and design compliance.
  • Good coordination with multidisciplinary teams (civil, mechanical, electrical).
  • Familiar with local codes, standards, and authority requirements.
  • Strong commitment to quality, safety, and project delivery.
