Job description

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Sustainability Strategy & Implementation:

• Develop and implement sustainability strategies aligned with LEED and Mostadam certification requirements.
• Conduct sustainability assessments and audits to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and submit documentation for LEED and Mostadam certification.
• Project Coordination:

• Collaborate with project teams to integrate sustainability features into design and construction.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with sustainability standards.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to sustainability goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement:

• Engage with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to promote sustainability best practices.
• Provide training and guidance on sustainability principles and certification processes.
• Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare sustainability reports and presentations for clients and project stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of sustainability initiatives and certifications.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance:

• Ensure compliance with local and international sustainability regulations and standards.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to verify the implementation of sustainability measures.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in sustainability and green building.
• Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance project sustainability.
• Site Visits & Inspections:

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor sustainability practices and provide on-site support.
• Perform inspections to ensure compliance with sustainability requirements.
• Collaboration with ENDENA Consulting Teams:

• Work closely with ENDENA Consulting's engineering and consulting teams to ensure seamless integration of sustainability practices.
• Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to foster a culture of sustainability.
• Client Liaison:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding sustainability matters.
• Address client inquiries and provide expert advice on sustainability solutions.
• Training & Development:

• Participate in training programs to enhance your knowledge and skills in sustainability.
• Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences to stay informed about industry developments.
• Reporting to Management:

• Provide regular updates to management on project sustainability progress and achievements.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Profile

Key Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, or a related field from a reputable university.
• Certification as a LEED Accredited Professional (AP) and/or Mostadam Accredited Professional (AP) is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability consulting, green building certification, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies for construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of LEED and Mostadam certification processes and requirements.
• Experience in conducting sustainability assessments, audits, and preparing certification documentation.
• Proficiency in sustainability software and tools, such as LEED Online, Mostadam, and other relevant platforms.
• Familiarity with local and international sustainability regulations and standards.
• Experience in coordinating with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with sustainability standards.
• Strong understanding of construction documents and design intent.
• Experience in working with international teams and managing remote collaboration.
