Job Summary:

The Junior Engineer (Civil) will assist in planning, executing, and overseeing construction projects. They will work under the guidance of senior engineers and site managers to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of works as per project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in site supervision, monitoring, and execution of construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, material consumption reports, and progress records.
• Monitor quality control measures and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Assist in preparing bar bending schedules (BBS), quantity take-offs, and estimates.
• Support senior engineers in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Conduct inspections and ensure proper construction methods are followed.
• Assist in resolving site-related technical issues under the guidance of seniors.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 4 years + experience in civil construction projects.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant software.
• Good understanding of structural drawings and site execution procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions accurately.
