Site Civil Engineer

A Site Engineer at Zameen Developments is responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. They manage site personnel, coordinate with subcontractors, monitor daily progress, and enforce safety regulations. Their role is critical in maintaining a productive and secure construction environment. The Site Supervisor also implements instructions received from the site management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily tasks, ensuring work is executed according to plans and specifications. Ensuring the allied support to the contractor team and keeping strict eye on the right methodology of working.
• Delegating tasks, providing guidance, and resolving any issues among workers and subcontractors.
• Implementing and enforcing safety regulations, conducting site inspections, and addressing hazards.
• Scheduling labor, equipment, and materials to meet project deadlines and budgets.
• Tracking project milestones, identifying potential delays, and reporting progress to project managers.
• Keeping accurate records of daily logs, safety reports, and other relevant project documentation.
• Ensuring work meets required standards and specifications.
• Effectively leading teams, communicating with various stakeholders, and resolving conflicts.
• Identifying and addressing issues that arise during construction, finding solutions, and escalating when necessary.
• Understanding construction plans, blueprints, and safety regulations.
• Managing multiple tasks, prioritizing work, and meeting deadlines.

Education and Experience:

• DAE /B-Tech Civil/BSc Civil with minimum 5-10 years of experience in high-rise building projects.

• Proven experience as a construction site supervisor/engineer or similar role.

• Familiarity with construction tools, equipment, and materials
