Site Civil Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Civil Engineer to join our team for a high-end hotel project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate must have solid experience working on hotel construction projects and be fully familiar with the quality standards and coordination requirements of hospitality developments. The engineer will supervise all civil and structural site activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and project quality and safety standards.

🔷 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site civil works and ensure execution according to project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers, especially in hotel-standard finishing and MEP interface areas.
• Review and implement drawings, shop drawings, and method statements.
• Monitor quality of materials and workmanship, especially high-end finishing works.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Solve technical issues on-site and support smooth workflow.
• Verify material deliveries and ensure correct installation.

🔷 Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Previous experience in hotel construction projects (preferably 2–3 hotel projects).
• Valid membership/registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• 3–7 years of experience in civil and finishing works.
• Strong knowledge of coordinating hotel-standard finishing and structural works.
• Excellent communication and site coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Transferable Iqama preferred (for non-Saudi applicants)
