Site Civil Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Civil Site Engineer to oversee on-site construction operations for the Lusail Plaza Towers Project. The ideal candidate will ensure that civil works are executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily on-site civil construction activities, including structural works, foundations, and finishing.
• Interpret construction drawings and ensure compliance with approved shop drawings and method statements.
• Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and labor teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth workflow.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety regulations.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in high-rise building or tower construction projects.
• Experience with mega projects in the Middle East is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
