Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day site activities and operations
  • Maintain site documentation and reports
  • Communicate with vendors, staff, and management
  • Track work progress and prepare status updates
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Handle administrative and coordination tasks as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline)
  • Good computer skills (MS Office – Excel, Word, Email)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of documentation and reporting
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
