Key Responsibilities
Minimum 3 years of interior fit out experience Mandatory.
- Project Execution & Supervision
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and fit-out standards.
- Quality Control
- Monitor work quality and ensure it meets company standards and client expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections and resolve site issues promptly.
- Planning & Scheduling
- Assist in preparing work schedules and manpower allocation.
- Track progress against the project plan and report delays or risks.
- Coordination
- Liaise with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure requirements are met.
- Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of materials.
- Site Documentation
- Maintain daily site reports, work progress updates, and inspection records.
- Prepare as-built drawings and site measurements as required.
- Health & Safety
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for site teams.
- Problem Solving
- Identify on-site challenges and propose practical solutions.
- Escalate critical issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools is an advantage.
- UAE driving license mandatory.
