Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Minimum 3 years of interior fit out experience Mandatory.

• Project Execution & Supervision
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and fit-out standards.
• Quality Control
• Monitor work quality and ensure it meets company standards and client expectations.
• Conduct regular inspections and resolve site issues promptly.
• Planning & Scheduling
• Assist in preparing work schedules and manpower allocation.
• Track progress against the project plan and report delays or risks.
• Coordination
• Liaise with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure requirements are met.
• Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of materials.
• Site Documentation
• Maintain daily site reports, work progress updates, and inspection records.
• Prepare as-built drawings and site measurements as required.
• Health & Safety
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure a hazard-free work environment.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for site teams.
• Problem Solving
• Identify on-site challenges and propose practical solutions.
• Escalate critical issues to management when necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools is an advantage.
• UAE driving license mandatory.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
