Site Engineer

Job Description:

We are hiring a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in the interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing site activities, ensuring project milestones are achieved with quality, safety, and efficiency from mobilization to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out works.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily and weekly reports.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain workmanship standards.
• Ensure all health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed on-site.
• Resolve site issues and escalate critical matters to the Project Manager.
• Verify material deliveries and ensure proper storage and usage.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings and project documentation.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer in interior fit-out projects.
• Solid knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools.
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
