We are looking for a Site Engineer / Site Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations across landscaping and swimming pool projects.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor progress, report to senior management, and implement corrective actions when required.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Conduct quality inspections to maintain the highest project standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in site management within landscaping and swimming pool projects.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors efficiently.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Engineering or construction-related degree (preferred).
• Valid UAE driver’s license (mandatory).
• Based in UAE or available to relocate to Dubai.
